If we were already used to records being broken in the sports world…
Well today another one was broken, this time in the NBA.
It is not a millionaire signing, like Neymar who was at Barça and is now at PSG, but yes the purchase of a team that plays in the NBA.
We’re talking about the Houston Rockets who reportedly have a new owner, since last Tuesday.
The new owner had to pay about 2.200 Million Euros, breaking therefore the record that previously belonged to another NBA team,
the Los Angeles Clippers, who had been sold in 2014 by 2000 Million Euros.
This way, we see another broken record in the NBA world, where a owner from a fast-food chain in the United States, Tilman J. Fertittas is able to own a NBA team, for this enormous amount of money.
The dollars keep rolling in the NBA and the start of the new season is approaching soon.
