Ladbrokes Coral has revealed, for the first time after the merge, their financial data regarding the first half of this year.
The data presented is optimistic, since the revenue has risen by 1% to 1.19 Billion pounds, which represents an increase of around 7%.
The company, on their report for the final 6 months and until July 30th, has increased 172.5 Million Euros in value.
We remind you that this merger happened last year and it was a deal of 3.4 Billion dollars.
Recently, it has also been made public the possibility of an acquisition of this group by GVC but apparently, they never reached an agreement.
The merger of Ladbrokes with Coral isn’t unprecedented. Betfair and Paddy Power have also merged but they just haven’t presented their numbers yet, for the 1st semester of 2017.
The online revenue suffered an increase of about 17% to 374.5 million, with the biggest increases being felt in Great Britain, Italy and Australia.
The operability revenue in England dropped 6% and we still witnessed a decrease on online bets of about 7%.
